Mr. Rozenbaum is an experienced corporate development and capital markets executive with a strong background in corporate strategy, governance, capital allocation, and shareholder engagement. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Nano Dimension, where he led strategic initiatives and investor engagement.
Mr. Rozenbaum currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lifeward Ltd. (Nasdaq: LFWD). Earlier in his career, he served as CFO and COO of Fluent Trade Technologies and as Head of Business Development at Yedid Capital Management.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Touro University.
John Brenton brings over 30 years of experience leading finance, accounting, and corporate control functions across global public and private companies. He has a strong track record in public company reporting, operational excellence, cash management, and building financial frameworks that drive transparency, governance, and shareholder value. He has guided organizations through complex periods of change and transformation.
John was hired by Markforged to build and lead the finance team through its transformation from a private to public company, successfully completing a $425M IPO in under a year and well ahead of expectations. He later joined Nano Dimension through its 2025 acquisition of Markforged, where he now serves as CFO.
Previously, he held senior finance positions at Corindus Vascular Robotics, Chase Corporation, J. Jill Group, and Louis Dreyfus Corporation, supporting multiple equity and debt financings totaling over $45 million. He is a leader who cultivates talent, supports his teams, and drives high performance. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University.
Mr. Jonathan Bond serves as General Manager of the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) business. Mr. Bond has held a series of senior engineering and leadership roles in Markforged from 2018 to 2025. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Engineering, Hardware and Materials, where he led a 50-person global team across Hardware Engineering, Materials Engineering, and Hardware Product Management.
Mr. Bond’s career spans industries including additive manufacturing, medical devices, robotics, sporting goods, and consumer products, where he has led development programs from early-stage concept through to high-volume manufacturing. He is named as an inventor on numerous patents covering technologies in electrophysiology, robotics, additive manufacturing, and sports equipment. Mr. Bond holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.

As the General Manager of Essemtec AG, Olivier brings a rich background in both strategic management and industry leadership, positioning Essemtec for continued success in the global electronics market.

Steve gained significant RF and microwave experience over the past 30 years while designing circuits, silicon, GaAs MMICs and large RF systems. He also lectured on the Oxford University CPD course “Successful RF PCB Design” for 12 years. He has a wealth of knowledge in the manufacture of electronic and mechanical assemblies, and now brings this, plus his extensive management and interpersonal skills, to his role leading Global Inkjet Systems (GIS).
Before joining GIS, Steve was VP Engineering and VP Operations at CRFS Ltd, producing the world leading spectrum analysis hardware and software. Prior to this he held the positions of Principle Engineer at Cambridge Consultants and Senior Technical Consultant at Plextek, the two leading RF consultancies in the Cambridge area. Steve hold a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Southampton University.
