Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stern is a seasoned executive with a proven track-record of over three decades. He served in executive roles as CEO and Chairman as well as an active hand-on investor in hi-tech companies, specializing in machine vision, fiber optics, defense-tech, communication solutions, aerospace, and homeland security. Mr. Stern spent most of his business career in the United States, running both public and private companies with global operations. He has built and turned around several international corporations, growing them from a few million dollars to hundreds of million dollars in revenue, most of them traded in US public markets and all of them encompassing multi-disciplinary technologies and operations across 3-4 continents.
Among the companies that Mr. Stern has led, some of which he eventually sold, were Wordstar International Inc., Kellstrom Industries Inc., DVTEL Inc., Bogen Corporation, and FiberSensys LLC. Through the development of effective strategies and rigorous execution, Mr. Stern implemented methodologies that resulted in organic growth and generated attractive M&A opportunities for scaling up the businesses, ultimately increasing shareholders’ value.
Mr. Stern earned a B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from TAU, an M.A. in International Relations from NYU, as well as a Diploma in Automation and Mechanical Engineering. He is a Graduate of the IAF Academy, a Lt. Colonel (Ret.), an F-15 fighter pilot and an ex-D. Squadron Commander.
Chief Financial Officer
CFO at Nano Dimension. Yael brings with her extensive experience in financial leading rules and operations from public and private companies. Prior to joining Nano Dimension in 2015, she held various positions at KPMG where she acquired a lot of knowledge in pursuing initial public offerings. Yael is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel with a B.A. with honors in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.T with honors from the College of Management in Israel.
Mr. Nedivi has been the CEO of several technology companies, including Cyalume Technologies Inc., a world leader in chemical-lighting solutions that manufactures chemiluminescent ammunition and infra-red devices used by U.S. and NATO military forces as well as law enforcement agencies. He was also the COO of Lumenis Ltd., a world-leading developer of innovative energy-based technologies, where he was directly responsible for 1,000 employees on 5 continents. From 1990-2005, he was the CEO of Kellstrom Industries, Inc., a supply chain and advanced data management company. While CEO of Kellstrom, he grew the company from $8M to $330M over a 5-year period including nine acquisitions. A graduate of the Israel Air Force Academy, he was a F-15 fighter Pilot for seven years and held the rank of major. He is an international businessman with a global network of contacts at innovative companies across the globe.
Vice President, Global Human Resources
Neni Rubin is the Vice President of Nano Dimension Global Human Resources and brings more than 19 years of experience with her. She has a demonstrated history in Talent Management, Career Development, HR Consulting, Coaching and Strategy. Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Mrs. Rubin has successfully built and formed the HR Department at PANGEA IT, developing the fundamental structure and culture in the company. Further, she was the Senior Human Resource Manager at Philip Morris International of the Israel commercial division for more than 10 years. She holds a certificate in coaching from the Israel Coaching Association and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Open University of Israel.
Chief Product Officer and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions
For over 30 years, Mr. Gino has been a senior executive leading international technology corporations. As the President of Verint Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) global Security Intelligence business (“SI”), he was responsible for 1,200 employees and grew SI’s revenue from $200 million to $400 million annually. As the CEO of Verint Systems Ltd., he was also responsible for the acquisition and integration of multiple companies.
Prior to joining Verint, he spent 23 years at Orbotech Ltd. (Nasdaq: KLAC), a global technology company whose products are used in consumer and industrial electronics and adjacent industries. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Gino was the president of the PCB division, the flagship of Orbotech, growing revenue to $250 million annually. This growth journey included the acquisitions of several companies and the launch of new leading inspection and imaging solutions for the printed circuit board (PCB) market. From 2010 to 2013, he was the president of the Flat Panel Display (FPD) Division of Orbotech, where he grew their FPD business to $265 million annually including an acquisition of a technology company in the Silicon Valley.
Chief Operating Officer
Since 2015 Mr. Peled was the VP of Business Unit Professional Security, with $120 million in annual revenues, which offers integrated end-to-end security system ranging from advanced optical and thermal cameras, open-platform command & control software and AI analytics. In mid-2017 Peled was assigned as the VP, General Manager of the Security Enterprise Business. Previously, Peled was the COO/CRO of DVTEL Inc., Video Management Software company. It was acquired by FLIR Systems Inc. in late 2015, for $94 million. Previously, Mr. Peled was the President & CEO of Apollo Network Services Ltd., a private company that manages large projects in the field of Defense, Energy and Transportation for Finmeccanica, multi-billion-Euros Corporation, and one of the largest European organizations of its kind. He was also the CEO of Flash Networks Ltd., a technological leader offering Mobile Data Access Gateway, with top-tier customers such as AT&T Wireless, T- Mobile, SFR and Vodafone Omnitel. Previously, Mr. Peled was the CEO of Bogen Communication Int’l, NJ, based in Ramsey, New Jersey, and Munich, Germany, which develops, manufactures, and markets telecommunication peripherals, sound processing equipment, and wire & wireless carriers’ software.
Earlier in his career Mr. Peled spent 20 years with Elbit Systems, a multi-billion-dollars international Defense Company engaged in a wide range of electronics related programs worldwide, in the areas of avionics, ground and navy systems, C4I and advanced electro-optics technologies. As VP Operations he has ran the R&D and Engineering Division, employing over 1,000 researchers and engineers. He was appointed as the GM of Elbit Communications Division, which included CTV plant, Data Communication company and Telephony over Cable TV project in China.
Vice President, Research and Development
Tamir possesses More than 25 years of experience in R&D and product management of multi-disciplinary systems, in the fields of optical inspection, 2D and 3D vision, as well as artificial intelligence, robotics and Laser Matter Interaction.
Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Tamir has served as VP R&D at Kitov.ai, a pioneering company in the field of 3D inspection, robotics and AI, and before that as the FPD Division President and as Chief Product Officer at Orbotech Ltd.
Tamir started his career as an algorithms engineer, moved into software management and has successfully led R&D organizations and Product Line activities, contributing to Orbotech’s market leadership through technology innovation.
Tamir holds a M.Sc. degree in Physical Chemistry from the Weizmann institute of science, and an Executive MBA degree from Tel Aviv university.
Vice President, Product Champion
Nir brings an extensive experience in R&D management from various multi-disciplinary companies and positions. Prior to joining Nano Dimension, Nir has served as the VP of R&D Engineering at Xjet, leading the development of an Additive Manufacturing system for metals and ceramics. Nir has more than 20 years of engineering development experience from companies such as Applied Materials, Objet (later Stratasys) and Elbit Systems. Nir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Chief Executive Officer – Essemtec
Before joining Nano Dimension, Mr. Strüby was CEO of the Swiss firm Essemtec AG since 2017. Previously, he was CEO in various private companies, including Garaventa Lift Group, which he led from 2009 to 2015. He has several years of experience in management consulting as well as in banking.
Mr. Strüby holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and computer-integrated manufacturing and a master’s degree in business administration, economics, and political science. He was commander of a mountain infantry battalion and, as a Colonel in the General Staff (Ret.), deputy commander of an infantry brigade of the Swiss Army.
Chief Executive Officer – Global Inkjet Systems (GIS)
Nick Geddes co-founded Global Inkjet Systems (GIS) and has been CEO and CTO for over fifteen years. GIS is renowned in the industrial inkjet industry for its leading R&D, products and services. Nick has remained deeply involved in both the technical and commercial areas of GIS, driving innovative solutions from conception through to product. With knowledge and experience spanning electronics, logic, software, algorithms and beyond, Nick has brought together and led multi-disciplinary teams to partner with customers in delivering high quality, high performance systems in the digital printing space.
Prior to GIS, Nick worked in inkjet consultancy, and for six years at USB Investment Bank as a Director in Debt Capital Markets. Nick has a Master’s degree from Cambridge University in Computer Science.
Nick is CEO of GIS, a division of Nano-Dimension focusing on market leading products through the driving of innovation.
Co-Founder of Nano Dimension Ltd. and Customer Success Officer. Mr. Dror served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Nano Dimension from August 2014 to December 2019. Previously, Mr. Dror co-founded Eternegy Ltd. in 2010 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and a director from 2010-2013. Mr. Dror also co-founded the Milk & Honey Distillery Ltd. in 2012.
Throughout his career, he has developed vast experience in project, account and sales management while serving in a variety of roles with ECI Telecom Ltd., Comverse Technology, Inc., Eternegy Ltd., and Milk & Honey Distillery Ltd. Mr. Dror has a background that covers technology management, software, business development, fundraising, and complex project execution. Mr. Dror is a Merage Institute Graduate.
Dr. Eli David
Chief Technology Officer, Deep Learning – DeepCube Group
Dr. Eli David, a director of the company, is a leading AI expert specializing in deep learning and evolutionary computation. He has published over fifty papers in leading artificial intelligence journals and conferences, mostly focusing on applications of deep learning and genetic algorithms in various real-world domains. For the past fifteen years, he has been teaching courses on deep learning and evolutionary computation, in addition to supervising the research of graduate students in these fields. He has also served in numerous capacities successfully designing, implementing, and leading deep learning-based projects in real-world environments.
Dr. David received the Best Paper Award in 2008 Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference, the Gold Award in the prestigious “Humies” Awards for Human-Competitive Results in 2014, and the Best Paper Award in 2016 International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks. He is the developer of Falcon, a Grandmaster-level chess playing program based on genetic algorithms and deep learning, which reached the second place in World Computer Chess Championship.
Dr. David has co-founded several successful deep learning-based companies, recognized by Nvidia as the “Most Disruptive AI Startup”, and selected by the World Economic Forum as Technology Pioneer. Dr. David also serves as an AI consultant to several Fortune 500 companies, and major venture capital and private equity firms. He is a frequently invited speaker in prominent AI venues, and a member of Forbes Technology Council.
Vice President, Research and Development – DeepCube Group
Eri Rubin is a renowned expert in the field of high-performance computing for deep learning, with 15+ years of experience working in the field of HPC. In various capacities he has led complex real-world projects involving large-scale AI deployments requiring computation acceleration on modern hardware architectures, including GPU, CPU x86 and ARM, and ASICs. He is also an experienced researcher and developer in the fields of computer vision and computer graphics. Eri has a Master’s degree with honors in Computer Science from the Hebrew University, in the field of massively parallel high-performance computing.
Eri is the Vice President for Research and Development at DeepCube, leading the teams who are conducting advanced deep learning research, as well as the teams developing DeepCube’s proprietary deep learning inference engine.
Head of Research and Development – Fabrica Group
Eyal worked at HP for 16 years in R&D and brings the know-how of building large industrial machines and is also an expert in developing materials and chemistry for industry. His unique knowledge combines material research, algorithm development and process control. Throughout his career, Eyal has held several managerial positions, managed over 70 scientists and registered over 30 patents under his name.
Dr. Jaim Nulman
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Nulman is a proven influencer and innovator with more than 30 years of expertise in working with companies from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. He served as Vice President of Applied Materials, where he spent 15 years in several product division and corporate positions. He drove the successful commercialization of one of Applied Materials’ semiconductor manufacturing products with impressive market penetration of $1 billion in less than five years.
Vice President, Operations
For over 35 years, Yoel has been a senior executive for operations and supply chain, at global and local companies, with various multi-disciplinary system types.
Prior to Nano Dimension, Yoel was the operations and supply chain director at Strauss Water, (part of the Strauss group), which is the leader company in Israel for water appliances, with more than 700,000 active customers, and global supply chain operations in China (with Haier), UK (with Virgin) and other territories. From 2012-2016 Yoel was a VP Operations and customer management at Highcon. Highcon has developed a unique and proprietary technology for digital cutting and creasing solutions for post print processes for the Folding Carton and Corrugated carton industry. He further spent 12 years at Orbotech Ltd. When his last role was a Director for production, integration, engineering and quality for all Orbotech products, responsibility for hundreds employees, production of more than 2000 systems per year, while leading a transition plan for many in-house activities to Turn Key suppliers, and other complicated operational activities. Yoel holds a B.Sc. diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, CT, USA.
Global Chief Revenue Officer and President of Americas
Sean Patterson joined Nano Dimension in June 2021 as the President of Americas. He was most recently an executive at Amazon where he held leadership roles in their transportation and healthcare groups. He has scaled operations, programs, and engineering groups from pilots to hundreds of facilities as well as thousands of employees and assets. Prior to this, he was an executive at TTM Technologies where he led manufacturing operations, leading multiple aerospace and defense manufacturing plants, and was involved in a strategic $1B+ acquisition and restructuring. While there, he oversaw the expansion of TTM Technologies’ PCB assembly plants and vertical growth in the supply chain. While at TTM, he was a first adopter of Nano Dimension’s equipment as he pushed to revolutionize legacy manufacturing processes. He served as a US Navy Submarine Officer following his time at the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Systems Engineering, which was complemented by an MS in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is married and has two boys.
Vice President, Global Marketing
Greg Caldwell joined Nano Dimension in October of 2021 as the VP of Global Marketing. He is a progressive leader who maintains a strong customer focus and delivers modern, high-impact, omni-channel marketing and sales enablement programs. Throughout his career, he has built many successful, modern, digital marketing organizations that rely on data and analytics to adapt to customer behavior – efficiently acquiring, retaining, and expanding customer relationships, while fostering brand loyalists.
Before joining Nano Dimension, Greg was head of global marketing and sales enablement at Anark Corporation, the industry leader in securely connecting customers’ systems and people to the digital thread. At Anark, he created the company’s first, truly digital marketing organization and grew marketing qualified leads (MQLs) by more than 8700% while also helping to grow revenue by more than 35% year-over-year. Prior to Anark, Greg was Vice President of marketing and communications at 3D Systems, one of the world’s leading additive manufacturing companies and spent almost 11 years as Global Director of marketing and communications of Microsoft’s Enterprise Services organization before joining 3D Systems. In addition, he has held a variety of senior-level roles in sales and marketing at Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in communications from Concordia University, Texas.

Eli brings with him more than 20 years of leadership experience in Customer Services, Success and Operation from various
multi-disciplinary companies such as hp-indigo and Kornit Digital.
Eli brings proven track record of scaling up global and regional organizations to support the business growth, while driving customer satisfaction, Post-Sales and Services business growth and profitability.
Eli holds a B.Sc. with honor in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Dr. Jon Donner
Head of Sales – Fabrica Group
Jon brings a combination of technical and business skills, ensuring that Fabrica is always providing the most innovative and cost effective solutions. Fabrica is Jon’s second startup of cutting edge deep technology. He earned his PhD in nano optics in the group of Romain Quidant at ICFO Spain, following a double degree from TAU (Tel-Aviv University) in physics and electrical engineering.
Vice President, Business Development
Uri Keynan is Nano Dimension’s General Manager of APAC and the VP of Business Development. Mr. Keynan brings with him 25+ years of leadership, management, and consultative expertise to nurture high satisfaction-ratings from customers, partners, and staff in existing and untapped markets.
Prior to Nano Dimension, Mr. Keynan has spent two decades with the Alfa Laval Group, a multi-billion Euro Forbes Global 2000 company, serving as CEO in Israel, Vice President in China and Regional Vice President covering North Andina, Central America and the Caribbean, with $ 150 million in annual revenues. Mr. Keynan holds a B.Sc. diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.
General Manager, EMEA
Valentin Storz is Nano Dimension’s General Manager of EMEA. Mr. Storz brings with him more than 14 years of extensive experience in building up businesses for innovative tech companies. Prior to Nano Dimension, Mr. Storz has worked in the additive manufacturing industry for MakerBot/Stratasys in various leadership positions and served as General Manager for MakerBot EMEA. Earlier in his career he had worked as management consultant for strategy, growth, restructuring and innovation across various industries.
Mr. Storz holds a M.Sc. Diploma in Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and the University of Luela, Sweden.
