Nano Dimension’s Multi-Material Inks Win Award, Accolades, at IDTechEx

IDTechEx Show! 2018 Materials award

Presented by Dr Peter Harrop, Chairman IDTechEx awarding the IDTechEx Award in Printed Electronics,

“Technical Development Materials” to Nano-Dimension.

Congratulations to the Nano Dimension team, which is being recognized this week at IDTechEx for our barrier-breaking technology that makes 3D printed functional electronics possible.

This is the third award for Nano Dimension since we launched the DragonFly 2020 Pro 3D Printer in September 2017. At IDTechEx Show! Europe our multi-material inks took the spotlight at the awards ceremony in Berlin. Dr Peter Harrop, chairman IDTechEx, awarded the prestigious IDTechEx Technical Development Materials Award to Nano Dimension’s groundbreaking dielectric and nano particle conductive ink capabilities. Based in the UK, IDTechEx is a leading provider of independent market research, business intelligence and events in emerging technology.

It’s a true thrill for us that the industry recognizes the technological leaps and bounds our material capabilities have made for the additive manufacturing industry. Years of research, collaboration and innovation have gone into our inks, and we’ve overcome obstacles that up until now have prevented industry-wide adoption of 3D printed electronic applications.

One  IDTechEx Awards judge called our inks “truly groundbreaking,” and we agree: our multi-material inks give electronics designers and engineers new freedom to 3D print fully functional freeform electronics previously unimaginable. This revolutionary approach to making electronics is a game-changer, enabling more compact, denser and non-planar designs.

The IDTechEx award complements our growing  list of accolades recognizing our achievements in 3D printed electronics. In November 2017, the DragonFly 2020 Pro 3D Printer received the top prize in the PCB & EMS category at productronica, in recognition of the most innovative product developments in the electronics-manufacturing industry. The NPI award, received in February 2018, honors product excellence in a range of electronics categories and distinguishes top advancements in technology products for the year.

If you’re at the IDTechEx Show! come and visit the joint Nano Dimension and

Phytec Booth #B03 to see the DragonFly 2020 Pro 3D Printer in action.
